At the 79th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Clinical Ophthalmology Society, we will exhibit a medical device for a VR-based training program for pediatric amblyopia and a smartphone application for dry eye diagnosis assistance called "Dry Eye Checker" (both unapproved).
InnoJin Inc. (Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo), a university-launched startup, will exhibit at "The 79th Annual Congress of Japan Clinical Ophthalmology" held at the Osaka International Convention Center on Thursday, October 9th, Friday, October 10th, and Saturday, October 11th, 2025.
At our booth, we will introduce the following two technologies.
(1) VR-based program medical device for pediatric amblyopia training (unapproved in Japan)
The medical device exhibited this time is a program that trains pediatric amblyopia through gaming experiences in a VR space. It employs a mechanism that allows children to naturally immerse themselves while having fun, which is expected to not only improve therapeutic effects through continuous training but also reduce the psychological and time burdens on parents.

(2) Smartphone application for assisting dry eye diagnosis "Dry Eye Checker", which allows easy assessment of dry eye conditions on a smartphone (unapproved in Japan)
Dry Eye Checker is a smartphone app that supports the diagnosis of dry eyes on a smartphone by measuring maximum blink interval and entering a simple questionnaire.
We are proceeding with development aiming to make this the first dry eye program medical device.
